Euro €500 Bills
Between the years of the euro’s debut in 2002 and its demise in 2014, the Euro 500 bill was produced as the highest-value euro banknote. As of May 2020, its value is equivalent to around USD 550, 3,943 CNY, 59,347 JPY, 533 CHF, or GBP. Even though central banks in the eurozone have stopped issuing this denomination as of April 27, 2019, it is still a valid legal tender and can be used to make payments. About 343 million people in the 23 countries who use the euro as their sole currency do so with this note.
